HOW TO LOVE YOURSELF



Most of the times we end up loving others and expect them to reciprocate in the same manner. However when they don't, we face a lot of disappointment which at times creates a fear within us to continue expressing this emotion. How would you feel if you would NOT need to depend on others to love you?



Love is an emotion which isn't constrained to only a couple as you can love your pet, your parents, your friends or even your co-workers. Doesn't it feel wonderful to feel wanted? The best way to continue feeling wanted is by simply loving the inner child in you. 



You can love that inner child in you all by yourself and nurture it with positivity and hope. All you need to do is connect with it through the "mirror exercise."
