“How do I become more #confident?
What is confidence?
Confidence is a thought process. It is repetition of your belief and what you feed your #mind with.

Your mind is divided into 2 parts #conscious and #subconscious. The Conscious Mind is what is used while awake, it develops thoughts, makes decisions and performs daily functions. The Conscious Mind takes care of the visible, #thoughts, #emotions, behaviours and activities. Your true power lies deep in the Subconscious Mind which remains untapped. The Subconscious Mind is the gate keeper of storing all your #memories, past feelings, emotions and thoughts. You are lead to believe that the Conscious Mind is more superior, but in reality this is not the case. Whatever memories you have formed inside your mind is stored in the Subconscious Mind and will re-surface whenever you notice a similar stimulus. Being able to use the information that is locked into your Subconscious Mind in the correct way, you would be able to remove all bad memories, strengthen your good feelings and thoughts to enhance your potential. If you allow your Subconscious Mind to be filled with negativity, #fear and other limiting thoughts, then it will create lots of barriers ahead and work against you. A single thought can have a lasting effect. What you constantly think about will eventually become your reality. Your Subconscious Mind is like a treasure trove that has the power to influence your decisions and actions. If you guide your thoughts in the right direction then it will help you to achieve what you want.
Exercising #control over your thoughts, will enable you to program it accordingly. If you think of your mind as being well fueled by energy and the thoughts you put in, you will have the confidence to do anything you have decided with no fear or #doubts. This just shows you how powerful and indispensable your Subconscious Mind is. Many people miss out on the full #potential of their subconscious mind due to the lack of knowledge and not knowing the extent of its power?
“Do not become your own #enemy, be kind to yourself.” Now that you are aware of the unimaginable power that your Subconscious Mind has, you need to work on some techniques that will enable you to release this power. “I was always looking outside myself for #strength and confidence but it come from within. It was there all the time.” - Anna Freud. When you learn to unleash the full #abilities of the Subconscious Mind that’s when truly being powerful begins. It’s your authentic special power that will maximize your potential allowing you to do countless things that you thought you could not do.
