This is your chance to unfold your thoughts and emotions and discover useful and effective ways of attaining your happiness and goals. At Power Meetup, I, Natasha Lalwani, will walk you through an introduction to Unfiltering Your Emotions so that you can learn how to categorize your emotions, appreciate them, and get rid of the ones that are weighing you down!
3:30 pm: Registration of all NEW members followed by a round of tea or coffee
4-6:00 pm:
-My introduction and a heartfelt welcome to all the members of the group
-Guided group interactions to know and define your TRUE HAPPINESS
-An intense coaching session on happiness and your life's goals
