Who would think that the grunge look would be one of the most loved hair styles this winter? This look was seen on wet hair, combined buns and rebellious styles. The grunge look was first seen in the 1980s in the grunge music which later extended to the grunge fashion, accessories and hairstyles. This awareness came into its peek at the decline of the punk trend as some people considered punk as anti-fashion and too strong. Whereas grunge is more subtle and yet making a statement. And according to a Today magazine article in 2013, the grunge look reached its peek in the 1990s as it make a comeback after New York Fashion Week when different designers displayed their diverse perspectives of Seattle’s early 1900s boho-chic styles. Soon after that it was seen in shopping malls all over the country. This winter, fashion houses such as Versus Versace, Marni and Masha Ma flaunted the grunge trend.
