DONATELLA VERSACE'S ROCK N' ROLL RESORT WEAR

Versace’s Resort Line was noticed having hints of the City of Angels, where Donatella Versace celebrated LA’s diverse and abstract spirit. Glamour and casual looks blended well to create this collection with various trends that stood out. For instance, rock n’ roll was noticed from Melrose Avenue’s vintage shops. Those metallic embellishments that evoked a sense of rebellion and a bold spirit were further emphasized on by black studded biker jackets, leather skirts and mini dresses with metallic adornments. Also, Donatella created pinstriped suits fitting in very beautifully with the business woman look in power suits and lace embellishments in high side slits and plunging crop tops. We also got to see summery colors, prints, and patterns.
