Elie Saab ranks as one of the top designers for haute couture, and this time too he has lived up to the expectations. Not only fan following, but Saab also has many celebrities that happily flaunt his designs. In fact Elie Saab is the first Lebanese designer to make an outfit for an Oscar winner in 2002 who was Halle Berry. He is known mostly for his embroideries but his luxe fabrics and stunning colors are also loved by all. His resort line is not only about dresses but also an array of separates. Saab’s focus point was haute couture that can be worn on a daily basis with inspiration from the underwater world. There are two contrasting worlds seen in this collection, where the dark side consists of black lace, embroideries, dark sequins and minute detailing of fishnet fabrics. Whereas, the brighter side evokes electric blue, light peach, coral orange, mint blue and green as well as a combination of all multi-colored looks.
