How long can your scarf go is dependent on your comfort and current fashion trends. Milan Fashion Week had various fall lines with extra-long scarves in velvets, cottons, knits, and furs, among many other materials and colors. At Les Copains and Diesel Black Gold, these were seen matching the outfits and looking extremely elegant. While at Luisa Beccaria and Byblos’ shows, long scarves stood out as a perfect contrast to their outfits. The whole trick is in not going overboard, such as making a good contrast or going completely monochromatic. Also, as these extra-long scarves are a fashion statement, there is no need to wear anything else around the neck such as a necklace.
