PLAY WITH THESE POLKA DOTS

As we might recall, polka dots became quite the talk of town during the late 1900’s in England. Spring/summer 2017 prints include the evergreen polka dots. They are seen on monochromatic outfits as well as on pattern blocking and both are being loved by all. The classic look was presented by Dolce & Gabbana in white and black polka dots with a touch of the 80’s in shirts, headbands, and tulle dresses. Givenchy opted to create some mysterious polkas in shades of orange as well as rainbow hues on a tulle ruffled dress. Other top designers such as Louis Vuitton also focused on the classic look while Gucci had these pink dots on a blue background, creating a romantic feel.
