We can never get enough of flowers, which is why we look forward to seeing them season past season on the runway shows. This spring, floral prints are a perfect way to introduce the summer, particularly with floral canvas artwork covering the models with load of tiny flowers. Where Delpozo displayed puffed enlarged flowers to emphasize on the romantic feel, Fendi chose lingerie silk as well as baroque brocade floral prints. Otherwise, Carolina Herrera didn’t only include brocade floral prints in her line but also royal evening gowns in gold shimmer and hues of blue while Jason Wu and Peter Pilotto gave their collections an artistic twist with abstract creations.
