THE BEAUTY OF BERETS

We all fancy those cute berets as they are soft, round, and flat-crowned, available in woven, hand-knitted, crochet cotton, wool felt and acrylic fibre styles. As one may recollect, they rose to fame during the 19th century in France and Spain as they were initially worn as part of military and police officers’ uniforms, and then showed up as street fashion. Nonetheless, this season it’s not only the French but everyone going crazy over the stylish interpretations showing up as A-listers on the runway. Desigual lived up to their reputation with guerrillero glam, full of floral designs and scattered jewels. Also, at Undercover there were huge berets printed with piano keys, giving it a playful look.
