There is one tiara that never slips off our heads, and that’s a headband. Headbands are one of the oldest hair accessories to be used with unimaginable varieties and styles to choose from. This spring it’s all about having the royal look, with bejeweled headbands. Mary Katrantzou’s line was simply mind-blowing with those fragile looking golden headbands with arrows in front, giving them a modern touch. Also, Elie Saab’s collection consisted of double bands with golden studded stars. Other designers who had jeweled headbands and some tiaras were Bottega Veneta, Dolce & Gabbana and Gucci. While styling this look just consider a few things such as: if u have a broad forehead a fringe will look better with a headband, if u have a very small face do not opt for huge headbands as they would look ever bigger on you; and you can use contrasting colors as bejeweled headbands match with all colors.
