THE PINNING SPLENDOR

As discussed in yesterday’s blog, hair pins are being presented by top designers in the most unimaginable ways, creating complete splendor on the runway. The whole idea is cleverly positioning and combining all types of hairpins in various sizes, shapes, and colors. Some designers chose to overdo it with loads of hairpins all over their models’ hairs, while others stuck to one of two of them and played on the side or back of model’s hairs. For instance, at Fendi’s show, the hair clips were very playfully placed in small, square and round pointed shapes and contrasting vibrant colors. While Paul Smith’s spring line consisted of pins in hues of yellows, greys, as well as greens.
