As we can recall, fringes and tassels swayed the runway last year, and this year too they are proving to be quite a trend. Nonetheless, this spring many variations have been noticed in tassels as part of the handbags and even as an attachment separate from these bags. For instance, at Coach’s show, there were tassels placed along the sides of handbags blended with suede. Some designers gave their collections a punk look with studded tassels. Also, Elie Saab’s line consisted of fringes along with metallic materials which gave them a shimmery fluid effect looking both trendy and classy.
