Miuccia Prada always has something new and spectacular to offer at each and every one of her collections. Prada’s fall/winter 2016-2017 ready-to-wear line had highlights such as Hawaiian shirts with argyle stockings and shiny peep-toes or laced-up wedges looking similar to gloves. Also, sailor hats were noticed from the men’s collection, but Prada didn’t lose a chance to focus more on femininity. Not only did models from size 0 to size 4 walk the ramp, but also there were universal trends such as colored suits with cropped trousers, geisha dresses with banana prints, bringing to light Burlington tights as a trend with stunning lace-up boots. There was a lot of focus also on their accessories such as pretty key necklaces at times added to the belts as well as corsets worn over clothes to create a layering and chic effect. Otherwise, the diary style neck pieces with images inspired by the moon and stars were quite lovely to witness.
