Elie Saab's Splendour

One of the few things that stands out with utmost magnificence and grace in the midst of all these fashion trends is Lebanese artistry. And one Lebanese designer who has reached the top with his unconditional talent is Elie Saab. He is known not only for his intricate workmanship but also his impeccable eye for fashion. Elie Saab formed interest in fashion at the age of eight and when he was just eighteen years old he formed his team of fifteen employees to start off what is today one of the most reputed fashion houses in the entire world. Elie Saab’s fall/winter 2016-2017 RTW line consisted of 56 unique ensembles, and each being loved by somebody or the other. Nonetheless, what everybody admired the most was the last look with long sleeves, flowing skirts, ruffled edges with open shoulders and plunging necklines. This was very well accessorized with a black choker with gold studs, a red belt totally cinching the waistline and creating a red carpet look with red platform heels. When it comes to the outfits’ colors, black was seen as the most prominent, with hints of crimson merged with this black or as a solid color. Purple was also part of this collection, with lace dresses and purple platform shoes and high-heeled boots as well as purple scarves. Some fashion analysts are describing this line as a seductive witchy collection, flaunting current trends and appreciating the dark side as well.
