Scintillating Dreams At Alexander McQueen's Show

Alexander McQueen’s shows are known for their excellence and eccentricity in the wildest and coolest way possible. The show started off with outfits under black cashmere or leather coats lazer cut in exact geometrical shapes and hand painted with pocket watches, butterflies and lips over the map. This collection was completely off reality, working around a vague and dreamy zone with transparent and ruffled looks. There were some billowy dresses with shoulders that seemed as if they were going to fall off any second, and also crazy slashes evoking a lunatic nature. There were some black and powdery pink lace dresses with pleated bottoms and bodices full of butterflies. Including, there were cobweb-fine knitted dresses in cream color, and amaranth pink hues creating a delicate and dainty look. Two grand dresses appeared towards the end of the show, with encrusted tiny star dust worn with capes, and another naked dress with one side embellished with a golden goat throughout. Otherwise, there were some elegant bejeweled gowns and a few illusion dresses with some images resembling a girl dreaming in the woods. In the middle of this dreamy look came some sexy bejeweled lingerie pieces worn underneath black masculine suits with buckled ribbons wrapped around. Surprisingly, bedroom inspiration was also taken into notice with quilts shaped into coats lined with marabou and ornamented with floral and 3D butterflies and prints with ostrich feathers at the hemline.
