Chains All Over...Again!

Body chains are mesmerizing as they look attractive. The eclectic fall/winter 2016 accessory trends have loads of jewellery lines as chains. Alexander McQueen’s body chains were indiscriminately placed on ensembles in an armour fashion such as blazer lapels united by untidy chains. Otherwise, Vetements and Moschino’s chains over black dresses in a skeleton shape seemed somewhat bold and ethereal. The beauty about chains is that they are a classic and can be worn on anything and at any occasion. May it be a long chain over the neck as a single line or double line, a pair of gold chain earrings, or a chain bracelet or even a chain waist band. Chains always work due to their vulnerability and fluidity. This season, Gucci brought in multi-layered strings of pearls on a mini dress with necklace, while Marchesa also followed the royal look as well as Jonathan Anderson’s fabulous golden overlap of multiple rings.
