Is This Fall An Optical Illusion?

As we may recall, optical illusions were seen in spring collections this year, and this coming fall shows us many of these prints. They are seen in the most vibrant colors in concentric circles, spirals, paisleys, metaphysical and surrealistic designs and patterns somewhat in an intoxicating pattern. Anna Sui’s fabulous collection is full of psychedelic prints with some hallucinogenic images as well as abstract flowers combined together. Also, Custo Barcelona worked around this circles and diamond shapes in skirts and dresses. A range of Airy Blue pieces are seen at Versace’s rocky mind-altering images brought into life. What Marni does is focus on colorful prints in a certain order in chaotic lines and blurred botanic-inspired motifs and unclear images similar to chemical compounds. And Givenchy takes you away from reality and into further psychedelic imaging and prints. The one and only styling tip to consider here is that as psychedelic prints are so intense within themselves, you should never mix them with another print, and keep it plain while merging two outfit pieces together.
