A few days ago I discussed how designers are creatively working around metallics this season, and at the MET Gala 2016 we got to see a lot of them. The MET Gala is the annual Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Benefit Gala. This year, many known faces gathered to celebrate the opening of “Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology. Here numerous celebrities carried off metallic dresses and gowns, many of which are shown below:
