Glitter, shimmer, and sparkle are always welcome as it’s more dependent on your mood rather than on the occasion. This season, you get to see it all in different colours and on different silhouettes. Anthony Vaccarello presented high slits up the sides of slip dresses, similar to Marc Jacobs dresses and skirts in purple. On the other hand, Tom Ford’s spring collection had artistic cuts on the neckline, and patchy colors all over on the full body slip. Those days are gone when black, silver, gold, and red were used on stunning sparkly outfits. Now, colours such as burgundy, navy and green hit the runway, not forgetting Gucci’s breath-taking turquoise outfit with ruffles and a thin translucent black net, as shown in the picture below:
