Spring 2016 has many fascinating trends to offer, and as discussed yesterday, suede and fringe are quite the talk of town these days. The Fringe was seen last spring, this fall and again this spring designers are adding it to trim skirts and dresses. Actually, fringes were part of the '70s fashion, and then last year again it was all over clothes, handbags, shoes, and jewelry. This time, designers from New York to Paris and all around the world are giving fringes to hemlines, bodices, sleeves and collars a flouncy appeal, resulting in looks bohemian, tribal, flapper-inspired and Western.
